Denominamos menarquía a la aparición del primer sangrado menstrual. El cual suele darse entre los 9 y 14 años de edad. Siempre dependiendo del contexto de cada unx. Ahora bien, ¿hay opción sustentable para estos primeros momentos de menstruación?
Estamos en medio de una pandemia mundial con toda la crisis que ello implica.
